Who is responsible

Neslo Trades, run by Justice Neslo, is responsible for the data described here. Contact: info@justicedigital.nl.

What the app does

The Neslo Trades app uploads Neslo Trades videos to the TikTok inbox of the Neslo Trades account, as drafts. It is used only by the owner of that account. It does not read, collect or store anything about viewers, followers or other TikTok users.

What we receive from TikTok

When the account owner connects the app, TikTok provides:

• the account's open ID, a technical identifier for this app;
• the account's display name;
• an access token and a refresh token, which let the app upload drafts;
• the list of permissions that were granted.

What we store, and where

• The open ID and the refresh token are stored in a configuration file on the Neslo Trades server that only the owner can read.
• The access token is kept in memory during an upload and is not written to disk.
• The upload log records when an upload ran and its result. When the wrong account is connected, or during a test run, it also records the display name of the connected account.
• An upload register records, per video: the file name, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, TikTok's publish ID, the status and the times. It exists so the same video is never sent twice.

What we use it for

Only to upload drafts to the connected account, to check that the uploads go to the right account, and to find and fix failed uploads. The data is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not sold.

Who we share it with

Videos and tokens go only to TikTok, which is needed to create the drafts. TikTok handles them under its own privacy policy. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. Like any web server, it keeps a standard access log (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security. Those logs are deleted automatically within 11 days.

How long we keep it

Tokens and the open ID are kept until the app is disconnected. The upload log and register are kept as long as the tool is in use. On request, all of it is deleted.

Disconnecting

Access can be withdrawn at any time in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy, in the permissions for apps and services. After that, the stored refresh token no longer works.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Send your request to info@justicedigital.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
