What this is

Neslo Trades is run by Justice Neslo. The Neslo Trades app is a private tool that uploads videos from the Neslo Trades server to the TikTok inbox of the Neslo Trades account, as drafts. It uses TikTok's Content Posting API with the upload (draft) permission only. It cannot publish, delete or change posts.

Who may use it

The tool is used only by the owner of the Neslo Trades TikTok account. There is no public sign-up, and it is not offered to other people or businesses.

Content and TikTok's rules

• Every draft is reviewed, completed and posted by hand in the TikTok app. The account owner decides the caption, sound and visibility.
• The account owner is responsible for every video and must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Neslo Trades videos share personal trading experience. They are not financial advice.

Availability

The tool is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it works at all times. It may change or stop at any moment, for example when TikTok changes its API or its rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Neslo Trades is not liable for loss caused by the tool not working, by a failed or delayed upload, or by decisions TikTok makes about an account or a video.

Neslo Trades is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
